ANS: Yes, we have not only able to provide Design drawings, but also we can provide the OEM or ODM and other services.

ANS: Our product is OK to use the dishwasher to clean(YT-8602 & YT-9104 & ST-9804), but the quality material including ABS resin, so need to pay attention to the temperature should be controlled below 60 degrees for the safety range, and range of 80 degrees or more is dangerous, it will lead the product to deformation.

ANS: Our quotation always is FOB Taiwan, thus the shipping schedule and arranging by the Consignee option.
Q7. What is your handling time?
ANS: Within 30-45 days after receipt of payment.
Q8. What is Process for order placement?
ANS: =1) Getting the official Purchase Order from the Consignee.
=2) Issuing PI (Proforma Invoice) to the Consignee.
=3) Remitting the deposit 50% of the order amount.
=4)Starting production once receipt of the deposit, and the leadtime will be within 30 days.
Q9. How you ship the products? (will you use our Fedex account)
ANS: The decision right is by Consignee for the shipping style, by sea or by air or by courier service. Our quotation term is on the basis of FOB Taiwan.
Q10. When you will give update on tracking info?
ANS: The tracking info will be informed to Consignee and send the copy of B/L within 3 days after on board date.
Q11. When you will send invoice after getting orders?
ANS: Send the invoice & packing list & B/L within 7 days after on board date and paid up the funds.

ANS: Our quotation terms is on the basis of FOB Taiwan, the Seller responsible will be free on Board (FOB). Thus the Preshipment Inspection (PSI) will be responsible by the Consignee / Buyer.
